I'm a single mother and also caring for my elderly father. I live in Jacksonville Florida and i need help paying my electric bill. It's currently 481.00 and will be shut off tomorrow 2-28-11 if i cant come up with at least half. I have called different places to help but there is no funds. My son needs breathing treatments 4 times a day and my father is on oxygen 24/7. I have turned to everyone for help and have got nothing. PLEASE if anyone is able to help us or knows of any places to help us Today that would be great. I don't know where else to turn. Please help
